Fidan Holdings Pty Ltd T/A Eurospares (ABN: 99 457 817 362) supplies quality aftermarket European spare parts across Australia. This policy outlines our shipping procedures and your rights when returning products purchased through our online store at europeanspares.com.au.
1. Shipping
1.1 Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 pm AEST on business days are typically processed and dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability. Orders placed after 2:00 pm AEST or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
1.2 Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We ship Australia-wide using trusted courier and postal services. Estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:

Sydney Metro: 1 to 2 business days

NSW Regional: 2 to 4 business days

Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth Metro: 2 to 5 business days

Regional and Remote Areas: 5 to 10 business days
Please note: These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier capacity, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
1.3 Shipping Costs
A flat rate shipping fee of $20 applies to all orders Australia-wide. Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment is taken.
1.4 Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
1.5 Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at online@europeanspares.com.au or call 1300 109 837. We will investigate the matter with our courier partner and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
1.6 Click & Collect
Prefer to pick up in person? We offer free Click & Collect from our Chatswood branch. To arrange collection:

Select Click & Collect at checkout.

You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection. Please do not come in before receiving this notification.

Bring your order confirmation email and a valid photo ID when collecting.

Orders are typically ready for collection within 1 business day of placing your order, subject to stock availability.

2. Returns
2.1 Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
2.2 Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged during transit, not as described, or is the wrong part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a return at our expense and offer you the choice of a full refund (including original shipping costs) or a replacement product.
To report an issue, email online@europeanspares.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where possible.
2.3 Change of Mind Returns
While we are not legally required to offer change of mind returns, we accept them subject to the following conditions:

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original sealed packaging with all labels and tags intact.

Electrical components cannot be returned once the packaging seal has been broken.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds for change of mind returns will exclude the original shipping cost.
2.4 Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items are excluded from our change of mind returns policy:

Special order or custom sourced parts

Electrical parts where the packaging seal has been broken

Parts that have been installed, used, or are not in their original condition

Products without proof of purchase
2.5 How to Return a Product
Step 1: Contact us at online@europeanspares.com.au or call 1300 109 837 to request a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
Step 2: Securely package the item in its original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.
Step 3: Include your RA number and order number with the return.
Step 4: Ship the item to: Eurospares, 18/1-7 Short St, Chatswood NSW 2067.
Important: Returns sent without a valid RA number may not be accepted.
2.6 Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
2.7 Warranty
All products sold by Eurospares carry the manufacturer's warranty as applicable. Warranty claims should be directed to us, and we will liaise with the manufacturer on your behalf. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper installation, or damage caused by misuse.
