What car brands do you cover?

BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Land Rover, Volvo, MINI, Porsche and more. Use the catalogue filters to browse by make or search by part number.

How do I know if a part fits my car?

Searching by OE part number gives you the most accurate result. If you're unsure, email us at online@europeanspares.com.au with your vehicle's make, model, year and VIN and we'll confirm compatibility before you order.

Are your parts quality?

All parts we sell are quality aftermarket components manufactured to original equipment specification. Brands like Brembo, Vaico and Topran are trusted trade suppliers globally - built to the same standard as factory parts, at a more competitive price.

What does OES mean?

OES stands for Original Equipment Supplier. These are parts made by
the same manufacturers that supply the vehicle brands directly, sold under the supplier's own
name. Same quality, often better price than dealer alternatives.

Ordering

How do I place an order?

All orders are placed online through our catalogue at europeanspares.com.au. Browse by make or search by part number, add to cart and checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, contact us immediately at online@europeanspares.com.au and we'll do our best to make changes. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

What if a part is out of stock?

Stock availability is shown on each product page. If a part you need is unavailable, email us at online@europeanspares.com.au and we can advise on lead times or alternatives.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

Will I get a tax invoice?

Yes. A tax invoice is emailed automatically when your order is dispatched.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes. Select Click & Collect at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready. Bring your order confirmation and photo ID. Our warehouse is at 18/1-7 Short St, Chatswood NSW 2067, open Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

A flat rate of $20 applies to all orders. Orders over $100 ship free anywhere in Australia.

How long does delivery take?

Sydney Metro: 1-2 business days. Interstate Metro: 2-5 business days. Regional and remote: 5-10 business days. All orders include tracking.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this stage. We ship within Australia only.

Returns & Warranty

What if my part is faulty or incorrect?

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at online@europeanspares.com.au. We'll arrange a return at our cost and offer a full refund or replacement.

Can I return a part if I ordered the wrong one?

Yes, within 14 days, provided the part is unused, uninstalled and in its original sealed packaging. Return shipping is at your cost. See our full Shipping & Returns Policy for details.

What warranty do parts carry?

All parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. If you have a warranty issue, contact us and we'll manage the claim on your behalf.
